As our services are delivered electronically, no physical shipment of goods is generally involved. Project deliverables, reports, software applications, digital assets, documentation, credentials, and other materials are typically delivered through secure electronic channels, including email, cloud-based platforms, project management tools, repositories, or other mutually agreed methods. In cases where physical materials, promotional merchandise, hardware components, or printed documentation are supplied as part of a specific engagement, delivery terms will be communicated separately within the applicable project agreement or purchase documentation. All delivery commitments are subject to project requirements, client cooperation, and agreed contractual terms.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines for Stellar Alpha's services vary depending on the nature, complexity, scope, and requirements of the project. Estimated timelines are communicated during project planning, proposal submission, contract execution, or statement of work approval. Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals, content, access credentials, and information necessary for project execution. 3. Shipping Charges
As Stellar Alpha primarily delivers digital products and professional services electronically, shipping charges generally do not apply. Service fees quoted to clients typically cover development, consulting, implementation, support, and digital delivery activities unless otherwise specified in writing. In circumstances where physical goods, hardware, printed materials, event merchandise, or other tangible items are requested by the client, any applicable shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, customs duties, taxes, or transportation costs may be charged separately. Where physical shipments are required as part of a specific engagement, international delivery may be subject to customs procedures, import regulations, local taxes, duties, clearance requirements, and carrier restrictions applicable in the destination country. Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary depending on customs processing, transportation networks, and local regulations. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional governmental charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction shall be the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing. Stellar Alpha shall not be liable for delays, restrictions, or additional costs resulting from customs inspections, regulatory actions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
